Serene Hill A-Line/Princess Tulle Lace Strings Of Counter Court Train Prom Dress LA72586

Q: How do I choose the right size?

A: Please refer to our size chart on the product page. If you are between sizes or need a custom fit, please send your exact measurements (bust, waist, hips, and height) via WhatsApp: +8618516275476.

Q: Can I change the color or customize the dress?

A: Yes! We support color changes and custom adjustments. To get a specific custom design, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp (+8618516275476) first before placing your order.

Q: How long does it take to make and ship?

A: In-stock items ship within 48 hours (3-7 days delivery via DHL). Pre-order or custom-made dresses take 3-90 days depending on the craftsmanship. For rush orders, please reach out to us first!

Q: Will I be charged for customs duties or taxes?

A: For US orders, it is tax-free with no extra customs duties. For other countries, import duties and taxes may apply depending on your local customs policy, which are the buyer's responsibility. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

Q: How do returns, exchanges, or cancellations work?

A:

• Cancellations: You can cancel or request order modifications directly through your backend/account before dispatch.
• Exchanges & Return Shipping: Return shipping fees are borne by the buyer. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the warehouse address, and items must be shipped out within 7 days.
• Exchange Tip: Because international shipping back and forth takes time, if you are in a rush, it is much faster to apply for a return and place a new order right away!
• A Friendly Note on Return Costs: Since international return shipping can sometimes be expensive, if the shipping cost is too high, we recommend discussing a partial refund with us to keep the dress and save time and money.
