2.HOW LONG THE SHIPPING TIME ?

The time of shipping varies with the distance of the shipment.

Normally, instock dress take about 5-7 working days by DHL/UPS/Fedex.7-12 Working days by Aramex. outstock dress need wait 1-4weeks to ship,While this time will be longer in our peak seasons.

And during major holidays, the transportation may be delayed. So please take the order as soon as possible to make sure you can receive it on time.

1. 3-Day Inspection Period

Each Serene Hill gown is a unique piece of handcrafted art. To ensure the highest level of service, you must contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your package to initiate any claim via:

2. Final Sale & Exchange Service (No Refunds)

  • Due to the artisanal nature and high craftsmanship of our garments, all sales are considered final. We do not issue refunds for any reason. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to facilitate an exchange within [3] days of delivery.

3. Shipping Fees & Deductions (Non-Refundable)

  • Initial Shipping Fee: The shipping fee paid at checkout is a service fee consumed by the carrier (DHL/FedEx). This fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Return Freight: For any authorized return or exchange (including quality-related claims), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our factory warehouse in China, including all prepaid import duties and taxes.
  • Re-shipping Fee: For any replacement or exchange, the customer must pay a flat $50 USD International Re-shipping Fee before the new item is dispatched.

4. Anti-Chargeback & Evidence Clause

By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to resolve all issues through our customer service first. In the event of an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback, we will submit a comprehensive evidence package to your bank and payment processors, including:

  • Signed Proof of Delivery (POD) and GPS data.
  • Pre-shipping Quality Control (QC) photos and 4K videos of your specific dress being measured and packed.
  • Your IP metadata and timestamped agreement to these terms at checkout.

5. Quality & Handmade Disclaimer

  • Handmade Nature: Minor loss of beads, sequins, or loose threads is a natural characteristic of heavy-beaded handmade items and is not considered a defect.
  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by Customs Clearance. No refunds will be issued for missing specific event dates.

6. Security Tags

Items must be returned with ALL security tags and original packaging attached. Removing, tampering with, or re-attaching the security tag voids all eligibility for exchange or replacement

7. Shipping & Customs Responsibility 

  • Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing a 100% accurate shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to address errors.
  • Customs Clearance: Customers must cooperate with DHL/FedEx for customs clearance and pay any applicable import taxes. If a package is returned or destroyed by customs because the customer refused to pay taxes or failed to provide clearance documents, no refund will be issued.
  • Direct Signature Required: For security, all packages are sent with "Direct Signature Required." If the customer contacts the carrier to waive the signature (No Signature Required/Safe Place delivery), the customer assumes 100% risk for any loss or theft. No claims will be accepted for "delivered but not received" if a signature waiver was requested.

 8 .Refund Eligibility & Physical Receipt Requirement:

  1. In-Transit Restriction: To prevent fraudulent claims, NO REFUNDS will be processed while the package is in transit. We must physically verify the returned item at our warehouse before any funds are released.
  2. 3-Day Processing Window: Once the tracking shows "Delivered" to our warehouse, our team requires up to 3 business days to inspect the garment (due to its heavy-beaded/artisanal nature).
  3. How to Trigger Your Refund: After the 3-day inspection, please contact our After-Sales Team to confirm your account details. This step ensures the refund is sent to the correct person and prevents bank errors.
  4. No Expiration: If you don't contact us within 3 days, don't worry—your refund remains available. You can contact us anytime to claim it, provided the goods are safely in our possession.
  5. Dispute Warning: Filing a bank dispute (Chargeback) while the goods are still in transit or during the inspection period is a violation of our terms and will be contested with the shipping evidence.
